We R&D the UST-1200 rear panel verision in 2023,which could loading 7 units in 40ft container. But with less sun power then UST-1200 normal version .Customer could choose suitable version depend the load consumption.
The UNI-T4 (UST-1200L) is a trailer-mounted solar light tower designed to provide high-output lighting for outdoor work areas, construction projects, roadwork, events, emergency response and other locations where flexible lighting deployment is required. The system combines solar power generation, LFP battery storage, LED floodlights, a motorized lighting platform and a towable single-axle trailer in one mobile unit.
Equipped with four 490W bifacial and BC solar panels, the light tower provides a total rated solar input of 1,960W. Its 16kWh LFP battery stores energy for nighttime and low-light operation, while the battery heater and stated service life of more than 10 years support long-term outdoor use. The integrated 1.5kW battery charger is compatible with shore power and a generator when additional charging flexibility is required.
The UNI-T4 uses four 150W IP67 LED floodlights with a stated maximum output of up to 96,000 lumens. The lights are dimmable and support timer control, allowing operators to adjust illumination according to the work schedule, site conditions and energy-management requirements.
The lighting head supports 360-degree motorized rotation and 0–90-degree motorized adjustment through a linear actuator. This configuration helps direct light toward different work areas without manually repositioning the entire trailer. Actual illumination coverage depends on installation height, light angle, surrounding conditions and the selected brightness level.
The system uses four 490W bifacial solar panels to recharge a 16kWh LFP battery. The supplied specification lists a solar recharge time of approximately 7.5 hours in peak sun and an operating time of approximately 24.1 hours at 100% brightness. Actual charging time and runtime vary with sunlight, temperature, panel orientation, battery condition, lighting settings and optional equipment.
A 40A MPPT controller with remote monitoring is included in the listed configuration. The 1.5kW battery charger supports shore power and generator compatibility, providing an additional charging method for projects that need more operational flexibility during periods of limited sunlight.
The UNI-T4 is mounted on a US DOT trailer with a 2-inch ball hitch, single axle, four outriggers and forklift pockets. The high-tensile steel mast is hot-dip galvanized and uses a square design. It can reach a stated height of 6.3m in approximately 5 seconds, with manual winch lifting in the standard configuration.
The system also includes internal and external anti-corrosion powder coating. Four outriggers help stabilize the unit after positioning, while the towable design supports relocation between work areas. Confirm local towing, transport, anchoring and installation requirements before deployment.
The standard specification includes remote monitoring through the 40A MPPT controller. Additional options are available for different project requirements, including an 8.5m mast, electric lifting, hydraulic lifting, a Victron system, a Victron touch panel, a 4G router, an auto-start DC generator and a remote fuel tank reader.
Optional equipment, pricing and compatibility should be confirmed according to the required quantity, destination market, transport regulations and final project configuration.
